A hunter mentality for self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking is essential. The role requires strong communication and closing skills, resilience, self-motivation, and goal orientation, with experience in door-to-door sales or merchant services being preferred. Eligibility to work remotely and be in the field of their team region is also necessary.
Account Executives will go door-to-door and visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining. They will be responsible for closing deals, earning activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. The role involves working independently with provided support and training, and requires the ability to self-source leads.
