Requirements

Candidates should possess a BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant sales experience, with at least 4 years of full sales cycle experience as an Account Executive or in an equivalent quota-carrying role selling software/technology. Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Outreach or equivalent tech stack, Gong, and Google Suite Tools is required, along with strong computer skills and a proven track record as an experienced customer advocate and brand ambassador. The ideal candidate is internally motivated with a strong desire to problem-solve.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and demonstrating the Medely platform to healthcare facilities nationwide. Your role involves strategically growing net new facility count and revenue in assigned markets, meeting and exceeding daily activity metrics and KPIs, and generating expert knowledge of Medely products, the healthcare staffing industry, and the competitive landscape. You will specialize in specific healthcare verticals, build a strong sales pipeline through outbound sales and inbound lead generation, suggest and create sales materials, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log.
