Account Executive - SMB Outpatient Sales

Position Overview

As an Account Executive on the SMB Outpatient Sales Team, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting discovery calls, demonstrating our platform to healthcare facilities nationwide, and driving Medely platform usage. You will strategically grow net new facility count and revenue within assigned US markets. Responsibilities

  • Own, manage, and drive the full sales process from prospecting through closing.
  • Meet and exceed daily activity metrics and KPIs to ensure opportunities progress successfully through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct effective discovery and demo calls, building Medely's value proposition to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Generate and maintain expert knowledge of Medely products, the healthcare staffing industry, and the competitive landscape.
  • Specialize in specific healthcare verticals (ASC, Urgent Care, Imaging and Radiology Centers) and stay informed about market happenings and trends.
  • Build a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline through outbound sales motions and inbound lead generation.
  • Suggest and/or create sales materials to facilitate closing business.
  • Maintain a complete, accurate, and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log.

Requirements

  • Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant sales experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of full sales cycle experience in an Account Executive or equivalent quota-carrying role, specifically selling software/technology.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach (or equivalent tech stack), Gong, and Google Suite Tools.
  • Attributes: Experienced customer advocate and brand ambassador. Internally motivated individual with a strong desire to problem-solve.
