Junior (1 to 2 years)
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or infrastructure sales experience, ideally with $2M+ ARR targets, and a deep understanding of the Web3 space, including key ecosystems, protocols, developer tooling, and market dynamics. Proven success selling to blockchain-native companies, experience with IaaS, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure, and the ability to engage and influence technical founders and C-level buyers are essential. Strong outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills for technical products are required, along with a track record of consistent quota attainment and closing multi-stakeholder deals. They will execute a full sales cycle including discovery, qualification, technical validation, pricing, negotiation, and closing. Responsibilities include building relationships with leading Web3 organizations, engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders to uncover infrastructure needs and align on solutions, and representing QuickNode at Web3 events, conferences, and community gatherings. The role also involves collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to shape offerings, navigate technical blockers, and close complex deals, as well as serving as a consultative partner to accounts to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.
