Prior experience in door-to-door sales or merchant services is preferred, along with strong communication and closing skills, resilience, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented attitude. The ability to be comfortable with face-to-face selling and align with the company's core values is also essential.

Responsibilities include closing deals, earning activation bonuses and monthly commissions, and building long-term residuals.
