Candidates should possess 12 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management within the Benefits or Healthcare industry, with prior corporate experience at organizations such as navigators, digital health point solutions, carriers, consulting firms, or case management firms, and a demonstrated history of working with Fortune 100 clients or large group plans. Public sector experience is preferred, and experience using Salesforce and other key account management platforms is required, along with the ability to travel approximately 25% of the time and reside in a major metro area in the United States, preferably in the Western United States.
The Director, Client Success will serve as the senior relationship owner for a small group of strategic employer client accounts, acting as the voice of the client within Included Health and articulating the account strategy to align internal resources and deliver an exceptional client experience. They will lead and manage a team through ambiguity, assess client strategy and needs, collaborate with insurance carriers and vendors, drive utilization and ROI, partner with analytics to deliver customer reports, and partner with various internal teams to ensure operational alignment and achieve client renewal objectives.
