Requirements

Responsibilities

The Account Director will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account plans. They will support customer accounts from initial engagement through successful deployment and renewal. The role involves partnering with solutions and research engineering to execute complex customer programs, owning a revenue target, and managing revenue forecasts. Additionally, the Account Director will analyze key account metrics to provide insights, monitor the industry landscape, and collaborate with various teams across the organization. They will also support the recruitment and onboarding of new teammates and contribute to the development of company culture.
