Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior marketing experience, including ABM
  • Strong background in ABM, sales, field marketing, and/or demand generation, including experience in campaign/account planning, message development, integrated marketing, ROI tracking, and campaign analysis
  • Ability and passion to think creatively and generate ideas for unique 1:1 campaigns, including messaging, targeting, and bespoke programs
  • Ability to evolve marketing programs based on nuances of large accounts, performance data analysis, feedback from sales and cross-functional partners, and understanding of our business
  • Ability to be a resourceful self-starter who can work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
  • Skills and enthusiasm to be a highly resourceful, creative problem-solver
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Bombora, DemandBase, Canva, Figma or equivalent tools
  • Familiarity and/or an interest in exploring and applying AI-driven marketing programs and use cases to enhance ABM effectiveness
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management, and time management skills
  • Follow Snowflake’s hybrid 3-day in-office policy and be based out of New York City office
  • Adhere to company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales, field marketing, solutions product marketing, sales development, and demand generation teams to design and execute high-impact programs
  • Craft tailored messaging by account, line of business, or solutions target audience to drive new business, accelerate deals, or support cross-sell/upsell initiatives
  • Manage targeted advertising, mailers/swag, and contact discovery efforts
  • Develop multi-threaded, custom digital landing pages
  • Coordinate account-specific research, events, prospecting, and follow-up with cross-functional teams
  • Manage a portfolio of impactful, creative, and multi-channel marketing programs that support pipeline and revenue goals across all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Partner with sales team to target important accounts for expansion and optimize for performance
