Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels, from technical users to executive stakeholders
  • 2+ years of experience working with GMP partner managers or reps, with a strong understanding of GMP licensing and operations
  • Proven experience in account management, building rapport with clients, and proactively managing a book of business
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, including client onboarding cut-off dates and renewal deadlines, while maintaining a proactive outreach plan
  • Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) licensing, operations, and the overall Google partner ecosystem
  • Nice-to-have: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the Google Marketing Platform stack, including GA360, DV360, SA360, and CM360

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup and smooth onboarding of new GMP licensing clients, ensuring all processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time
  • Proactively manage the client renewal process, working to secure renewals well in advance of their expiration dates and communicating status updates to all relevant stakeholders
  • Actively identify and pursue opportunities for upsell within the client portfolio, including additional GMP licenses, increased product usage, or the sale of proprietary solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, triaging incoming support requests and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Work closely with the Sales, GMP SMEs, and Google Business Unit teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to identify strategic growth opportunities
