Requirements

Advanced applications skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good working knowledge of Excel macros (a plus)
Good quantitative ability
Excellent Japanese language skills (writing, reading, and speaking)
Excellent English language skills (writing, reading, and speaking)
Two years of working experience in the front office of financial servicing firm(s) (preferred)
Four years college degree
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Fixed Income and products (preferred)
Ability to work effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally

Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers in marketing and developing products
Provide Account Managers with reporting, data retrieval, and research/analysis support
Create new or revised management reports utilizing internal and external database applications
Prepare client presentation materials
Facilitate the set-up of new client accounts
Prepare performance attribution reports and RFPs
Assist Account Managers in all aspects of client service
