Requirements

  • Advanced applications skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good working knowledge of Excel macros (a plus)
  • Good quantitative ability
  • Excellent Japanese language skills (writing, reading, and speaking)
  • Excellent English language skills (writing, reading, and speaking)
  • Two years of working experience in the front office of financial servicing firm(s) (preferred)
  • Four years college degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Fixed Income and products (preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally
  • Self-starter

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers in marketing and developing products
  • Provide Account Managers with reporting, data retrieval, and research/analysis support
  • Create new or revised management reports utilizing internal and external database applications
  • Prepare client presentation materials
  • Facilitate the set-up of new client accounts
  • Prepare performance attribution reports and RFPs
  • Assist Account Managers in all aspects of client service
