Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director of Analyst Relations will manage and lead major analyst evaluation submissions and reprint campaigns. They will develop and lead proactive engagement programs with strategic analysts to support category creation efforts and identify/prioritize new independent influencers and thought leaders. This role involves gathering and channeling market insights back to internal teams to support strategic direction, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, they will strategically leverage budget with influencers to amplify category creation messaging and secure paid and owned coverage that supports Twilio's vision and narrative.
