  • Skilled at shaping early-stage ideas into testable hypotheses, iterating quickly based on feedback and experimentation to refine direction
  • Capable of distilling complex topics into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations tailored to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Collaborative teammate with interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and organizational levels

Responsibilities

  • Opportunity Identification & Execution: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities (e.g., market segments, product strategies, go-to-market models), and help design and test programs to capitalize on them
  • Structured Problem Solving: Apply structured thinking to navigate ambiguous challenges, distilling complexity into clear strategies and execution plans
  • Incubation & Experimentation: Rapidly incubate new concepts and ideas sourced from cross-functional teams, designing experiments to validate direction quickly before full development
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, product marketing, sales, operations, delivery, and leadership teams to co-develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Surface Data-Driven Insights: Build business models and leverage data to uncover trends, generate insights, and recommend impactful actions for growth
  • Strategic & Operational Analysis: Analyze business performance and operational processes to identify opportunities that drive Adobe’s growth and efficiency
