Ability to demonstrate general social awareness and common sense

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for facilities, with Senior FCEs handling higher-quality facilities
Act as the technical interface between medical facilities and affiliated sales offices
Conduct training on product usage for Medical Engineers and dealers
Respond to inquiries within the designated area and provide technical support
Assist sales with backup support, including providing information on difficult facility cases
Support clinical study/data collection activities
Provide in-house training to physicians, nurses, medical equipment technicians, and sales staff
Assist sales with product demonstrations
Support the education and training department in developing educational seminars and materials
Provide technical and clinical information to customers regarding products and cases
Respond to customer complaints and product claims with sincerity and promptness
Comply with all company policies, including the code of conduct, fair competition regulations, quality policy, environmental management system, and pharmaceutical laws
Execute other assigned tasks
