Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing.
  • Experience managing and optimizing the PDCA cycle for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL.
  • Expertise in 1to1 marketing strategies.
  • Experience with and successful implementation of marketing automation tools.
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (a Japanese resume is required).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current challenges and generate hypotheses for improvement.
  • Define target user segments based on user behavior.
  • Plan, budget, and execute marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and acquisition.
  • Design user communication strategies using marketing automation tools.
  • Extract target users from databases for campaign execution.
  • Configure and set up campaigns within marketing automation platforms.
  • Design, implement, and visualize campaign effectiveness metrics.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders and executives.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Continuously improve campaign strategies based on performance data.
