They must have hands-on experience with Iterable, including setting up, automating, and optimizing campaigns, and possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and run A/B tests. Excellent project management skills and exceptional communication skills are also required.
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle strategies (email + SMS primarily) to improve patient access to mental healthcare, working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will create an intelligent, personalized lifecycle program, refine reporting and analytics capabilities, and expand the test-and-learn program to continuously improve patient engagement. The role involves shaping the patient experience by ensuring patients receive the right message via the right channel at the right time.
