Requirements

  • Ability to act as the 'Storyteller' for end-to-end solutions, including industry and business approach, implementation methods, use of technology, business and IT processes, and influencing commercial and financial models
  • Skills in contributing to deal shaping by developing and presenting customized solutions to clients, validating solution fit, and establishing how solutions meet client business case and objectives
  • Capability to contribute to opportunity qualification by assessing if DXC solutions provide competitive advantage, evaluating solution risks, defining mitigation plans, and confirming DXC’s delivery ability
  • Full responsibility for solution development, competitive costing, commercial proposition integration, and business case alignment supporting client business, applications, and IT environments
  • Experience working in multi-functional teams with clients, partners, DXC Sales, and Delivery to design solutions aligning with clients’ digital strategies and DXC business objectives
  • Understanding of client business goals, outcomes, and end-to-end architectural frameworks
  • Ability to understand complex business problems, commercial frameworks, and apply logical, systematic approaches to solutions
  • Knowledge of commercial and disruptive technology trends in client markets and their interactions
  • Technical expertise to provide insights on DXC’s Solution Themes and Offerings to existing and new clients
  • Proficiency in identifying customers' technical and business requirements prior to designing solutions and consulting on offering capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities and develop business cases
  • Support Client Partners and Sales Professionals in interactions with key decision makers and influencers to position DXC as sole provider or improve competitive positioning
  • Position and sell DXC Solutions to account teams, customers, and partner sales teams on demand and via initiatives
  • Evaluate offering capabilities and SME preparedness or timeframe for activating proposed solutions
  • Validate customer business needs against proposed solutions
  • Support Sales and Client Partners to finalize opportunity validation and substantiate go/no-go decisions
  • Ensure competitive position feedback is provided to offering management and support definition of win themes
  • Align company solutions to client’s end-to-end architectural framework based on business goals and outcomes
  • Provide technical solution insights to existing and new clients on DXC’s Solution Themes and Offerings
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance by identifying customers' technical and business requirements prior to designing solutions
  • Consult with offerings about capabilities and support
