Requirements

Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a preference for workforce optimization or operations. Proven experience in building or contributing to Agentic AI or intelligent automation solutions is required. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Power BI or similar visualization tools is essential. Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data storytelling is necessary, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership. Experience with workforce tools such as Kronos, Saviom, or Replicon is required. A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is mandatory, with a Master's degree being preferred.

Responsibilities

The Workforce Analytics Manager will leverage Agentic AI frameworks to build intelligent systems for workforce planning, forecasting, and optimization. Responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Power BI to identify trends and opportunities, and creating compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate actionable insights to senior leadership. The role involves collaborating with global stakeholders to understand business needs and influence strategic decisions, as well as integrating with workforce management platforms like Kronos, Saviom, and Replicon to extract and analyze data. Additionally, the manager will conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies, and recommend and implement data-driven process improvements, utilizing automation where applicable.
