Position Overview

Angi is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled People Data & Systems Analyst to join our People Operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and insightful generation of people data, supporting business problem-solving. The analyst will focus on enhancing our people data infrastructure and providing analytical support to the HR team and business leaders, with a keen eye for system and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the People Ops team to understand business challenges, translate them into requirements, and develop solutions in various formats (processes, reports, dashboards, models).
  • Provide analytical and reporting support across key people management areas, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, and employee listening & experience.
  • Develop and generate reports and dashboards for core HR metrics, and support user enablement for self-service data tools (e.g., Visier, UKG Business Intelligence).
  • Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assist in managing accurate and reliable people data sources by creating or improving documentation, access policies, audit/maintenance processes, and validation rules to enhance data usability for business initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and Data teams to resolve data accessibility and quality issues.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, or related data/tech roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (advanced degree is a plus).
  • Strong experience with HR system reports and workflows; UKG BI experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in connecting HR data systems and managing data flows (e.g., Snowflake, other HR systems).
  • Experience with HR data security and governance.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker and Visier.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data management and analysis.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
  • This position is eligible for a competitive year-end performance bonus and equity package.
