Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS, or a related field. Certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, or Workday Talent is required. A minimum of 2 years of Workday implementation experience is highly desired, along with 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software. Experience implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software is also highly desired. The role requires experience in gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management is necessary. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

The Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through Workday HCM implementation phases. Responsibilities include becoming a Workday Recruiting and Talent product expert, recommending solutions based on client requirements, and guiding customers through design sessions and configuration decisions. The role involves supporting clients throughout projects, managing multiple tasks, keeping stakeholders informed, and working with the integration team to configure and test integrations. Additionally, the consultant will take a leadership position on projects, demonstrate hands-on software expertise including data loading and configuration, and convert and map data sources into data conversion templates.
