Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of Workday Financials consulting experience
  • Deep knowledge of Workday Financials core modules and configuration
  • Strong ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and drive strategic solutioning
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading project teams
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
  • Prior experience at a Workday partner strongly preferred

  • Collaborate with other practice leads to deliver integrated Workday solutions
  • Contribute to practice development by refining methodologies and creating accelerators
  • Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, solutioning, and client presentations
