Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and possess experience in designing, developing, and deploying field service/workforce management systems like Verisae Viryanaet G4 or Accruent vxField. Utilities domain knowledge and software development experience encompassing design, architecture, development, integration, testing, and support are essential. The role also requires strong communication and interaction skills for effective client engagement.

Responsibilities

The WMS Application Developer will support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including client engagement, requirement gathering, planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Key duties include assisting clients in understanding business requirements using design thinking, defining and reviewing application requirements and use cases, estimating efforts, and preparing quotations. The developer will design applications to meet business process and application requirements, configure, build, and test components, participate in design transitions and code reviews, fix defects, and create technical and end-user documentation.
