The Sales ERISA Specialist will review pricing information from competitors to provide competitive comparisons for new business. They will track product requests and contribute input to enhance the company's technology services. The role involves providing educational insights in Revenue team meetings, managing a high volume of inbound inquiries from sales and implementation teams via phone and email, and working with management to optimize team performance. Responsibilities also include collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external partners to address client inquiries on plan design and product support, driving client relationships to the implementation stage, identifying and resolving common issues and trends to improve processes, and servicing a geographically diverse client base within a fast-paced startup environment.
