Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance, or related field
- Enjoys working outside in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold) and able to perform physical labor
- Experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Experience with irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- For DOT Operator role: Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid state-issued driver’s license (or certification for operating combination motor vehicle of 10,001 lbs to 26,000 lbs)
- For Lead Technician role: Expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance
Responsibilities
- Maintaining landscapes (mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers)
- Performing grounds maintenance on parking lots, irrigation systems, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas
- Maintaining irrigation systems
- Operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Exterior building maintenance
- For DOT Operators: Operating a combination motor vehicle of 10,001 lbs to 26,000 lbs
- For Lead Technicians: Leading a team of technicians and ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction
