Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility on FCCO support for high level ridealongs
  • Hiring and training new FCCO’s
  • Work alongside the training team to format and finalize training program
  • Create and Maintain job description for contracted operators
  • Work cross-functionally with site operations & engineering teams, to provide input and feedback on upcoming events & new features
  • Assist with improving efficiency of scale
  • Coordination of upcoming events/building an agenda, tracking the progress, and being responsible for next steps
  • Document daily summaries
  • Provide leadership in decision making
  • Create ways for FCC Operators to practice and improve performance
