Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or operations
- Experience in fleet coordination, route optimization, and operator communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility on FCCO support for high level ridealongs
- Hiring and training new FCCO’s
- Work alongside the training team to format and finalize training program
- Create and Maintain job description for contracted operators
- Work cross-functionally with site operations & engineering teams, to provide input and feedback on upcoming events & new features
- Assist with improving efficiency of scale
- Coordination of upcoming events/building an agenda, tracking the progress, and being responsible for next steps
- Document daily summaries

- Create ways for FCC Operators to practice and improve performance
