5+ years of in-house brand marketing experience, preferably in a large matrixed organization
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
Experience in Brand Campaign Development & Execution
Experience with launching brand marketing campaigns, developing content & messaging strategies, leveraging insights to drive decisions, optimizing and reporting out on performance
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to manage internal/external partners with varying degrees of knowledge
Strong business acumen, including financial/budget management skills
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities
Planning, developing, and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies for North America activations within the Outdoor business units, including supporting new product launches, marketing campaigns, creative media strategies, and more
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver on objectives
Partner with Global Brand team to ensure alignment on campaign look and feel, as well as brand messaging
Develop media plans and define campaign objectives alongside the Digital marketing team and external agencies to propose, advise, and execute those plans, as well as make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including internal Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, and Shopper Marketing; ensure all teams are informed and engaged on marketing plans to drive business growth in the Commercial and Industrial channels
Manage brand budget, including forecasting, management of PO invoicing process, and preparing monthly budget tracker to monitor spending
Partner with internal insights team to understand how user segments experience the brand and create end-user driven campaigns
Work with the Creative Studio team to create meaningful and relevant content for marketing campaigns and new product launches
