Candidates must possess over 10 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience in scaling a hyper-growth B2B tech startup, designing and scaling RevOps teams and infrastructure, and deep expertise in Salesforce and related GTM tools, including automation, data management, and AI integration are essential. A strong analytical mindset with a bias for action, fluency in forecasting, sales analytics, and KPI management is also required.
The VP of Revenue Operations will develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy across the customer lifecycle, lead the transformation of the GTM organization with AI tools and processes, and design the organizational structure of the RevOps function. They will own and evolve the revenue tech stack, build and scale a deal desk function, partner with leadership on sales forecasting and performance management, and use data to drive strategic decisions. Additionally, they will ensure data hygiene, process integrity, and compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align revenue strategies.
