Requirements

  • Experience in leading operational initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders, and running multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
  • Extensive experience in jewelry operations, distribution, inventory management, and retail operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire production process from prototyping and sampling through mass production, ensuring timely delivery, consistency, and high quality
  • Build and manage worldwide supplier and manufacturing partnerships, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and capacity planning
  • Implement system and process automations to scale production, reduce lead times, and optimize costs while supporting business growth
  • Partner with design, product development, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely launches, high quality, and compliance with ethical and environmental standards
  • Oversee sourcing strategies for materials (e.g., precious metals, packaging) and manage production budgets to drive profitability and enhance customer experience
