Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree with over 15 years of product management experience and at least 5 years leading risk adjustment efforts specifically with primary care providers. A Master's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, health administration, or public policy is also required. Preferred qualifications include a strong VP-level product leadership background with a history of shipping complex technical products, deep product knowledge to engage in architectural discussions, and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
