  • Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields/equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Extensive experience and expertise in functional test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation
  • Experience in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of functional test hardware for production
  • Strong knowledge of board manufacturing flow, proven test hardware capabilities, and extensive experience with successful results
  • Expert communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong teamwork abilities, excellent analytical skills, and good work habits
  • Independent and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of functional test hardware solutions with functional teams, from design and development to validation and implementation
  • Coordinate the mechanical and thermal solutions for new test platforms and future products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Assess the test platform for new products in the QT line and facilitate a swift transition to overseas production
  • Enhance the manufacturing testing process with collaboration from CMs and global teams
  • Technically coordinate test fixture and platform automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and the global team
  • Provide detailed procedures, documents, and technical support as needed
  • Validate tester platforms with functional teams
  • Define validation plans
  • Automate test infrastructure configurations
  • Identify and resolve manufacturing process issues with CM factories
