Requirements

  • Commercially savvy leader with negotiation expertise
  • Experience in deal negotiation and execution
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze negotiation patterns and bottlenecks
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Finance
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to anticipate and propose alternatives to obstacles
  • Experience in driving deal closure and revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial negotiations with high-value customers in strategic GPUaaS opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Finance to develop deal structures
  • Partner with VP of Sales to forecast deal timelines and anticipate redline cycles
  • Analyze negotiation patterns and bottlenecks to implement faster deal resolution frameworks
  • Provide tactical coaching to Account Executives on negotiation strategy and customer-facing communication
  • Align internal stakeholders and external teams around scope, delivery timelines, and compliance requirements
  • Drive final contract redlines and negotiations to agreement with customer’s Legal and Procurement teams
  • Anticipate negotiation obstacles and propose alternatives to protect Vultr’s commercial position
