The Virtual Store Support Operator will serve as a front-line representative, managing incoming communications via phone, chat, email, and CRM cases to provide support to professional customers and field teams. Responsibilities include supporting B2B online ordering, managing claim updates and payments, assisting with loyalty program inquiries and redemptions, and handling general customer care and inquiries. The role also involves providing first-level technical support for CTI and TechNet programs, including password resets and system access. Operators are expected to resolve concerns independently or collaboratively, document all customer interactions, and meet individual performance targets. They will also collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, notify business partners of operational opportunities, and stay informed on company products and policies.
