Requirements

Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week from October 13, 2025, to February 13, 2026, and be able to attend virtual training Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PT during the first week. An Associate's degree or at least 1 year of customer service experience is required; contact center or specialty run experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, social media, chat, and text, providing expert product knowledge and support for the website, marketing, events, and retail partners. Evaluate product issues, process returns, manage orders, and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience. Track root causes of customer contacts, report recurring issues, and de-escalate challenging situations. Assist with order fulfillment and identify potential fraudulent transactions when necessary.
