Experience in a fast-paced clinical setting, proficiency with EHR systems, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and adaptability are essential. Weekend and holiday availability is also required.
Patient Advocates will provide administrative support to providers and deliver concierge-style service to patients, answering non-clinical questions via messaging. They will triage messages, assist patients with non-clinical prescription needs by contacting pharmacies, and provide feedback on workflow and quality. Responsibilities also include piloting new retention efforts, optimizing operations, and assisting with prior authorizations for weight management patients.
