You will lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II in a centralized call center, including conducting one-on-one meetings, managing performance, and acting as a backup on calls.
A strong candidate is passionate about pediatric health care for children with complex needs, has a Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred, 3-5+ years call center experience with leadership, and excels in critical thinking, communication, and compliance.
