This role focuses on driving sales and revenue growth within the large enterprise segment (over 5,000 lives) across the East Coast, managing partnerships, and overseeing daily sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of deep sales experience with a focus on health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor)
  • Existing relationships within the broker, consultant, and insurance communities
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience selling large Enterprise clients
  • Data literacy – ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies for long-term success (sales playbooks, KPIs, collateral creation)
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • 2+ years of work experience at a venture-backed, early-stage company

Responsibilities

  • Build out Garner’s large enterprise channel through direct sales to employers, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers (as needed).
  • Own the direct sales cycles and deploy sales objectives, including preparation and measurement of sales quotas, prospecting, and pipeline management.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market trends and competitor products to effectively communicate Garner’s value proposition.
  • Develop and nurture new strategic broker relationships and influence buying decisions.
  • Provide regular performance reviews, feedback, and professional development opportunities for the sales team to drive individual and collective success.

Compensation Transparency

  • Target Base Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 annually
