The Role

We are seeking a proven enterprise sales leader to spearhead strategic growth within our Integrative Clinic Networks segment. This Sr. Director-level position will function as a P&L owner, responsible for building and managing a team of account executives focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise partnerships with large integrative and functional medicine clinics. This leader will be instrumental in setting and executing go-to-market strategy, owning enterprise revenue goals, and deepening Fullscript’s impact across the integrative care ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategic Ownership

  • Define and drive the go-to-market and sales strategy for enterprise growth in the integrative clinic space.
  • Own the P&L for the Integrative Clinic Networks segment and drive results.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team and customer success representatives to drive enterprise customer acquisition and expansion, meeting aggressive growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial operations, marketing, and product teams to shape solutions that meet partner needs and optimize customer success.

Sales Execution

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of large integrative care organizations.
  • Leverage data and market insights to inform go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Negotiate and execute high-value contracts.
  • Ensure partner success through tailored onboarding programs and support models aligned to customer objectives and Fullscript’s long-term growth.
  • Identify white space for expansion and lead strategic upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Partnership Expansion & Enablement

  • Ensure seamless handoffs to enterprise success team members for white-glove onboarding, solutioning, and a smooth path to productive growth.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize growth opportunities for account management representatives and ensure partner success throughout the enterprise lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement KPIs, success metrics, and reporting processes to track progress and partner satisfaction.
  • Contribute feedback to shape the product roadmap and enterprise program design.
  • Represent Fullscript at industry events and in strategic partner meetings.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a strong track record in healthtech, digital health, or technology-enabled care delivery.
  • Proven success owning and growing a multi-million-dollar book of business.
  • Track record of building and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of integrative or functional medicine networks is preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen and outstanding communication skills.
