The Senior Account Executive should possess 10+ years of sales experience, proven success in selling complex products to Group Benefits and/or Life Carriers, strong familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly large carrier operations and stakeholder structures, a history of retaining and expanding multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts, executive presence, a strategic and analytical mindset, and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
The Senior Account Executive will own and manage a portfolio of existing enterprise insurance clients and a target list of named prospects, prospect into and close business at assigned net new accounts, serve as the primary sales lead for stakeholders, partner with Client Services to manage and optimize retention metrics, identify and support expansion opportunities within client organizations, anticipate and mitigate risks to the relationship, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Services, and Engineering teams, and maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
