Candidates should have experience working with AI, APIs, and automation, with bonus points for building scrappy agents, custom GPTs, or GTM workflows. Fluency in tools such as Gumloop, n8n, Zapier, GPT-4/5, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, JavaScript, SQL, LangChain, Vercel, Lovable, Replit, Claude Code, and Apollo is preferred. Prior experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or GTM teams is a plus, as is familiarity with GTM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, and Amplitude. Comfort working with structured and unstructured data and experience with AI video/content tools are also desirable.
The Vibe GTM Engineer will build and launch AI-powered workflows to accelerate personalization and targeting in sales and marketing, including scraping emails, building AI sequences, and campaign orchestration. They will create and automate workflows for content, social media, video, and case studies using AI for generation, editing, and distribution at scale. Responsibilities include prototyping and shipping MVP experiments for GTM initiatives using various platforms and custom scripts, automating repetitive workflows across sales, marketing, and operations, and leveraging APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to build scalable GTM infrastructure. The role also involves acting as an internal multiplier by building custom GPTs, playbooks, and agents, and collaborating with GTM leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
