Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles, ideally with experience working closely with AI or LLM first products. A hands-on work style with a bias for action, anticipating needs and delivering with urgency and care is required, along with strong technical understanding, systems thinking, and exposure to building Agents. Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic startup environment are also necessary.
As an AI Agent Product Manager, you will create, deploy, and optimize AI Agents to transform customer businesses and delight customers, owning AI Agent outcomes and driving key metrics. You will manage the deployment lifecycle for AI Agents, from scoping to launch and optimization, design and build AI agents in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineers, lead customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact, facilitate workshops and design sessions with customer stakeholders, and improve our playbooks for agent development and customer deployment.
