The Vendor Specialist must have experience managing vendor setup, compliance, and data accuracy in systems like PMS and NetVendor. Responsibilities include overseeing user access, vendor credentialing, utility code activation, supporting property transitions, resolving system issues, and providing training. Experience with FreshService ticket management is also required.
The Vendor Specialist will set up and maintain vendors in PMS, add properties and users to NetVendor, and manage vendor compliance and data integrity. They will review and approve insurance exceptions, vendor code removals, and exception forms. Additionally, they will conduct training for onsite teams, manage user access as a User Administrator, run reports for property transitions, review error reports, and oversee property onboarding and offboarding processes. They will also create and activate UTIL codes for new utility vendors and manage FreshService tickets related to vendor and system issues.
