Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with direct client contact, or a combined minimum of 8 years of higher education and work experience including at least 3 years of direct client contact. A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL, exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

The CLO Client Administrator IV will support the Relationship Manager, perform daily cash application and position reconciliation, and conduct daily and monthly tie-outs of underlying loan characteristics. Responsibilities include liaising with auditors, underwriters, CLO managers, and other parties, assisting with global asset setup and maintenance, and performing trade and wire processing. The role involves strategizing, recommending, and implementing innovative ideas for improved daily workflows, understanding and adhering to the company's risk and regulatory standards, and identifying risk-related issues for escalation. Additionally, the administrator must maintain M&T internal control standards and complete other assigned duties.
