Requirements

Candidates must possess at least four years of experience developing systems and procedures for storing, organizing, validating, and managing clinical trial data within an academic or commercial setting. They should thrive in a startup environment, enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams, and bring creative thinking, attention to detail, and empathy for patients to data management. Experience with CDISC standards, such as SDTM, is a plus, along with a high level of agency and a bias for action.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Manager will become an expert on the electronic data capture (EDC) capabilities of Citrus, the trial delivery platform, and act as the data management lead for multiple trials simultaneously. They will ensure the highest quality outcome data for a trial from an early design stage, create and contribute to trial design documents, design CRFs and questionnaires, develop processes to test trial implementation, support clinical operations in providing evidence of robust user acceptance testing (UAT), provide data extracts and reports to clinical operations for central monitoring, and develop and support ongoing processes.
