Senior Data Manager

Position Overview

• The company uses software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. They’ve helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients since founding in March 2021, with a customer NPS of 100. They recently raised a $55m Series B round.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the electronic data capture (EDC) capabilities of Citrus, the trial delivery platform.
• Act as the data management lead for multiple trials simultaneously.
• Ensure the highest quality outcome data for a trial from an early design stage.
• Create and contribute to trial design documents (e.g., data management plans).
• Design CRFs and questionnaires to collect high-quality data efficiently.
• Develop processes to test trial implementation and support clinical operations in providing evidence of robust user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support ongoing live trials with data-related expertise (e.g., data queries, data cleaning, change control).
• Provide data extracts and reports to clinical operations for central monitoring.
• Develop and support processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing systems and procedures to store, organize, validate, and manage clinical trial data, in an academic or commercial setting.
• Thrive in a startup environment.
• Love working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Bring creative thinking, attention to detail, and empathy for patients to data management.
• Experience with CDISC standards (e.g., SDTM) is a plus.
• High agency and a bias for action.
• Passionate and curious about the company’s mission.
