Responsibilities

  • Drive sales in Vision Center via merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, instock/inventory, budgeting, forecasting, economic trends/community needs assessment
  • Model, enforce, direct Associates on Customer/Member service to resolve issues per guidelines
  • Oversee/participate in community outreach, encourage Associates' community service
  • Ensure compliance: analyze reports, implement/monitor asset protection/safety, oversee reviews, develop action plans, direct Associates on programs/initiatives/confidentiality
  • Supervise/develop Associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, recognize, promote belonging
  • Provide quality eyewear: consult/educate Members/Customers, select products, obtain measurements, verify prescriptions, maintain confidentiality, perform minor repairs, maintain equipment
  • Uphold Open Door Policy: meet Associates, listen to concerns, research/review policies, suggest resolutions
  • Coordinate/oversee job activities: develop stakeholder relationships, support plans/initiatives, identify/communicate goals, build accountability, measure progress, address improvements, promote adaptability/learning
