The Senior Manager, Belonging must have experience managing Associate Resource Groups, Officer Caucuses, Constituency Partnerships, and Signature Events. This role will oversee the portfolio for the African American & Native American community at Walmart, including managing ARGs, Officer Caucuses, and partnerships. Responsibilities include developing annual business plans, implementing governance, advising leadership, and supporting ARGs with administrative and communication tasks. The manager will also lead signature events, develop key belonging date activations, cultivate constituency partnerships, manage budgets, and develop communications strategies. They will implement measurement tools, manage project plans, and integrate the portfolio into business guidance.
