Responsibilities

  • Identify suitable data sources, perform initial data quality checks, and prioritize requirements
  • Translate business requirements into strategic initiatives, build business cases, and drive business impact
  • Recommend and utilize appropriate visualization tools, generate graphical representations, and present data stories that clearly communicate insights to business leaders
  • Transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives across the organization, with a specific focus on Contact and Operation Excellence; present findings to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner
  • Apply statistical techniques, conduct experiments, and identify correlations and root causes to propose related solutions
  • Develop data quality strategies, implement Data Quality Management (DQM) procedures, and lead data quality initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business objectives
