Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
5 or more years of data analysis and reporting experience
Experience creating analytics solutions for various and disparate healthcare Provider data
Advanced in SQL and relational database models
In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc
Experience utilizing and optimizing the use of multiple large data sets
Experience building reporting solutions and data visualizations using Power BI

Responsibilities

Test the overall network in each county of operations to ensure the network is strong enough to support serving customers
Manage and lead the data infrastructure and reporting methodologies in support of Network Adequacy requirements and process optimization, primarily focusing on the Medicaid line of business
Proactively mitigate operational deficiencies, drive superior quality, and establish standardization in an ambiguous environment
Break down a problem and recommend pragmatic solutions
Execute on projects within prescribed timelines in an environment with competing demands
Process data, present relevant views to different stakeholders, and predict and forecast trends/insights
Experiment with and evaluate new tools to impact how we work
