  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 or more years of data analysis and reporting experience
  • Experience creating analytics solutions for various and disparate healthcare Provider data
  • Advanced in SQL and relational database models
  • In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc
  • Experience utilizing and optimizing the use of multiple large data sets
  • Experience building reporting solutions and data visualizations using Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Test the overall network in each county of operations to ensure the network is strong enough to support serving customers
  • Manage and lead the data infrastructure and reporting methodologies in support of Network Adequacy requirements and process optimization, primarily focusing on the Medicaid line of business
  • Proactively mitigate operational deficiencies, drive superior quality, and establish standardization in an ambiguous environment
  • Break down a problem and recommend pragmatic solutions
  • Execute on projects within prescribed timelines in an environment with competing demands
  • Process data, present relevant views to different stakeholders, and predict and forecast trends/insights
  • Experiment with and evaluate new tools to impact how we work
