Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a producer with experience in video/motion, print, social and advertising
  • 2+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
  • Extensive contacts in photography, video and post industries
  • An online portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating great solutions across a range of production-related issues
  • Experience across the production lifecycle from in-camera capture to multi-channel deployment
  • Strong understanding of the post process and the resources needed to deliver projects across stills, video, animation and digital
  • Background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, account, and project managers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent understanding of photo, video and animation work
  • Able to identify and mitigate risk on projects
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience
  • Expert at matching the right skills and talent to deliver brand campaigns
  • Comfortable engaging entry-level through executive stakeholders and working with many different types of creative professionals and creative outputs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketing/creative agency experience, in-house experience
  • Experience in the Marketing, Retail or eCommerce industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage large projects independently from initiation through completion
  • Bid, hire and manage all production partners for content projects, including managing shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, and digital
  • Serve as primary point of contact for video, photography, and motion design projects
  • Work closely with creative directors, art directors and copywriters to proactively clarify requirements and use cases, actively seeking clarification when there is ambiguity
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and maintain a positive attitude throughout
  • Work with legal and business teams to create contracts, secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution
  • Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly
  • Ongoing review of production processes and practices with an eye toward enhancing and increasing effectiveness
  • Put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects and run our business
  • Partner closely with a variety of peers and stakeholders such as creative directors, designers, account management, project managers, postproduction teams and sample management to deliver results
  • Help bring creative concepts and campaigns that tell a cohesive story across a variety of channels to life with an eye on superior results and delivering on time and on budget
