Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age to rent a vehicle. Prior experience with field work such as construction, security systems, or low voltage wiring is a plus. Prior knowledge of operating a bucket truck, comfort driving a work van or pickup truck, and prior use of power tools, motor vehicles, and heavy equipment are required. Basic computer skills including Office Suite and Google Suite are necessary, along with general tech knowledge and the ability to learn new software. The role requires frequent bending, digging, reaching, climbing, squatting, sitting, standing, walking, driving, and independently lifting up to 50 lbs, along with comfort working on ladders at high heights and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Install poles of varying lengths, including digging holes and mounting solar panels and external batteries. Affix license-plate reading cameras with PTZ technology to poles, working on equipment up to 30 feet high using bucket trucks or ladders. Repair minor breaks in underground irrigation or private wiring, and provide installation pictures via the Flock field app. Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management and receiving product shipments safely and professionally. Meet with customers to discuss installation options, perform site surveys, and interpret traffic control plans to identify proper installation locations.
