Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proven experience in internal digitization of processes, systems, and operating models across various business functions
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in matrixed organizations
  • Strong leadership, collaborator management, and communication skills
  • Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical collaborators
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and user adoption strategies (preferred)
  • Experience with procurement, travel & expense, and global business services (preferred)
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferred); Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives while adapting to ever-changing environments
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Develop and execute the digital transformation roadmap in alignment with business objectives, focusing on collaboration and value creation, innovation, and measurable outcomes
  • Establish project governance frameworks, manage achievements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide value and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Partner with change management experts to encourage adoption of new technologies and workflows
  • Foster positive relationships across departments including IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives, and ongoing adoption across business functions
  • Manage complex collaborator landscapes to achieve joint business outcomes
  • Establish success metrics and goals for transformation programs; track and report on progress to executive leadership
  • Coordinate program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient use of assets and personnel throughout the program lifecycle
  • Leverage analytics and performance metrics to monitor progress, measure outcomes, and inform continuous improvement
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential impacts proactively
  • Keep informed on new digital trends; implement new tools for growth and efficiency, like AI productivity tools
