Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of a large-scale program, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
  • Solutionizes across teams to solve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Designs, communicates across teams, and implements an operational plan for completing the program
  • Monitors progress and performance against the project plan and takes action to resolve operational problems that mitigate risk and minimize delays
  • Oversees interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies to lead program execution that delivers long-term business value
  • Begins to influence department’s strategy and make decisions on moderately complex issues for program components
  • Develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies
  • Provides data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share
  • Develops go-to market strategies and identifies new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio
