Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of a large-scale program, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
Solutionizes across teams to solve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Designs, communicates across teams, and implements an operational plan for completing the program
Monitors progress and performance against the project plan and takes action to resolve operational problems that mitigate risk and minimize delays
Oversees interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies to lead program execution that delivers long-term business value
Begins to influence department’s strategy and make decisions on moderately complex issues for program components
Develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies
Provides data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share
Develops go-to market strategies and identifies new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio
