Fluent in both English/Portuguese, with excellent communication skills
Previous experience in Traffic, Broadcast Scheduling, OPEC, TV programming, or Media Operations
Familiarity with playout systems and scheduling tools
High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Basic technical understanding of video formats and broadcast standards
Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills for managing materials and reports

Responsibilities

Reviewing, organizing, and inputting commercial breaks into the playout system
Ensuring the correct scheduling of content, promos, and commercials, in accordance with the specifications established in the programming instructions (PIs)
Controlling all materials scheduled for broadcast, checking their availability, technical quality, and correct naming
Ensuring the receipt of CRTs and/or other necessary documentation
Performing last-minute operational adjustments as requested by the Programming Coordination team
In collaboration with the transmission coordinator, ensuring the execution of the programming instruction (PI) during live events in the event of failures, delays, or emergency changes
Collecting and organizing data related to commercial airings
